Tutorial Moodle 3.8.2 #5 : Membuat Course dan Enrolment Participant
Melanjutkan di bahasan sebelumnya tentang setting role user di course category dengan begitu kita telah mendapatkan satu user dengan hak akses sebagai Course creator .
Langkah 1 : Membuat Course Sebelumnya kita telah membuat user Course creator dengan nama Anita, sebagai contoh disini login sebagai user anita, kita akan dihadapkan dengan halaman dashboard seperti ini.
Baca Lainnya : Pilih Site home seperti yang dilingkari merah.
Pilih category Anita sesuai dengan yang diberikan hak akses sebelumnya, dan kita akan diarahkan di halaman pembuatan course seperti di bawah ini.
Pilih Add a new course , dan lengkapi isian data sebagai berikut.
Lengkapi data General sesuai kebutuhan, untuk data yang lain seperti :
Course format Appearance Files and uploads Completion tracking Groups Role renaming Tags Bisa diisi bisa tidak sesuai kebutuhan saja. Selanjutnya klik Save and display .
Bisa dilihat dari gambar diatas bahwa Course Pengantar Teknologi Informasi sudah ter-create dengan teacher Anita Citria. Langkah selanjutnya adalah enrolment participant dengan metode manual enrolments.
Langkah 2 : Enrolment Participant Klik icon menu di pojok kanan atas, pilih Participants .
Bisa dilihat dari gambar diatas untuk course Pengantar Teknologi Informasi ada satu user participant sebagai Teacher, Course creator dengan nama Anita Citria yang sudah kita set dibahasan artikel sebelumnya. Selanjutnya kita akan menambahkan satu participant sebagai student dengan nama Allif Musthofa, langkahnya sebagai beriktut.
Klik icon gear dan pilih Enrolment methods , akan muncul halaman seperti dibawah ini.
Selanjutnya pilih icon user dilingkaran merah dan tampahkan participant seperti gambar dibawah ini.
Pilih participant kmudian klik Add , secara otomatis participant yang dipilih tersebut akan masuk ke course Pengantar Teknologi Informasi.
Selanjutnya cek dihalaman participant apakah sudah masuk.
Dari gambar diatas sudah bisa dilihat participant atas nama Allif Musthofa sudah masuk ke dalam course Pengantar Teknologi Informasi dengan Roles Student . Selesai, terakhir kita tiggal cek dengan user participant student memastikan apakah course sudah ter-create di akun student.
Login sebagai student, disini kita pakai user Allif Musthofa.
BIsa dilhat dari gambar diatas bahwa course sudah aktif dan bisa diikuti oleh participant.
